Can I Book a Marquee as a Weather Back-Up?

Yes, many clients choose to book a marquee as a back-up in case of bad weather—especially for outdoor weddings, parties, or community events.

In these cases, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and reserve the marquee. If the weather forecast closer to the event looks clear and you decide to cancel, the deposit is retained to cover scheduling and allocation costs.

If you decide to proceed with the marquee (rain or shine), we’ll deliver and set it up as planned.

This approach gives you peace of mind knowing you have a weather-proof solution in place—without scrambling at the last minute.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during busy seasons like spring/summer and the end-of-year period. For urgent bookings or last-minute requirements, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
